Today’s run has been the coldest of the year, -3 degrees outside and still pitch dark at 7am. There’s something I love about being out on the road before the sun rises. Longest run of the year thus far. 17km today which takes this week’s total just past 45km. With three running days left in this week I’ll should 5 hours short of finishing Running man. Run number two done. Lucky enough to have my sister-in-law Megan join me for the first 4km.
